However, the lack of refrigerator and microwave options in the room really turned the convenience down a notch. Plus, we found the rooms to be smaller and not quite up to the usual Tru Hilton standard, which left us feeling a bit let down.

the room was so sparse, more like a motel than a hotel, and the shower pressure was too low to even wash my hair. absoultely ridiculous! I almost gave a good review, but with no fridge or microwave for my leftovers, it just woudl ve been impossible. what a shambles!
